Custom Order Information
Every custom project is unique. Several factors help determine design options and pricing.
Metal Options
Steel (most economical)
Aluminum (lightweight and corrosion-resistant)
Stainless Steel (premium appearance and durability)
Material Thickness
We commonly cut materials ranging from 20-gauge (0.0359") up to 1/8" steel.
For most artwork and decorative signage, we recommend 16-gauge (0.0598"), which provides an excellent balance of strength, appearance, and cost.
Size
Our CNC plasma table can accommodate material up to 4' x 8' in a single piece. Larger projects can be created by joining multiple sections together.
Finish Options
We offer a variety of finishes, including:
Bare metal
Painted finishes

Powder coating (additional cost)
