Custom Order Information

If you’re considering a custom piece, here are a few of the options that help determine pricing and design:

Metal Type

Steel (most economical)

Aluminum (lightweight)

Stainless Steel (durable and premium)

Thickness

We commonly cut from 20-gauge (0.0359”) up to 1/4” steel.

For most artwork and signage, we recommend 16-gauge (0.0598”).

Size

Our machine handles up to a 4’ x 8’ sheet. Larger designs can be created by joining multiple pieces, but 4’ x 8’ is the largest single-piece size.

Finish Options

We offer a wide variety of finishes, including:

Bare metal
